it is accessible via the town of Palmer via PR 3 and then PR 191 to El Yunque. It is accessible from SJ via PR 66 in 1 hr.
Luquillo offers a vibrant atmosphere and is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. It also has over 50 small kiosks with food, drinks and clothing of all types!
